Calculations Building a new project
Building projects need structural calculations, and we include them with all our drawings, whether it’s for a single RSJ support or a complete extension.
Most timber projects, like roofs, floors, walls, staircases, and fire-rated joinery, need regulations or calculations to be clearly displayed on detailed drawings.
Structural Calculations self-Building Projects.
We provide structural calculations for small building companies, including steel beam calculations, ridge beams, loft floor beams, and all timber calculations. For these types of projects, a complete set of drawings with photos is required, or alternatively, a site visit can be arranged.

Cellar Conversion plan
Plans for converting the cellar into a living space included meeting drainage regulations. Drainage from the higher external ground was designed to be removed using a concealed pump, and all walls were tanked to prevent any dampness.
